The Buck Advisory Council, a non-governing business council of the Buck Institute for Research on Aging, gathers prominent people from all over the world in finance, bio/pharma, medical devices, healthcare, law, philanthropy and government who serve as informal ambassadors for the Buck and our mission. We hold two conferences each year featuring the latest research and business developments around “all things aging.” This is a very dynamic, global and influential group of Buck stakeholders who advocate for the mission of the Buck by helping us make new connections to governments, other research institutions, and the media worldwide. Members also provide advice on strategic priorities, serve as ambassadors to raise the visibility of the Institute’s achievements, and set the pace for philanthropic support. In return, they gain exclusive access to the leading minds in age-related science, health policy and biotechnology.
